A: EC-specific genes within the brain EC libraries. Data from Huminiecki and Bicknell (reference 12), defining EC-specific genes was linked to the brain EC data to determine which genes were represented in the brain libraries. Tag counts/50,000 are provided for each gene that showed representation.
B: Glioma-induced EC genes. 122 genes demonstrating a 4-fold induction in glioma EC compared to normal brain EC.
C: Glioma repressed genes. Twenty-one genes demonstrating a 4-fold repressed level in glioma brain EC samples compared to normal EC samples.
D: Conserved tumor-induced EC genes. Sixteen genes showing a 4-fold induction in both colon and glioma EC samples.
