The Cover: Expression of the EZH2 polycomb group gene in germinal center centrocytes of the human lymph node. Using an anti-EZH2 polyclonal antiserum, rapidly dividing centrocytes stain reddish brown by immunohistochemistry. By contrast, resting cells in the mantle zone, and macrophages, are EZH2 negative.
