About the Cover

Cover Figure

The Cover: Bamberger et al. demonstrate that the transforming growth factor beta family member Activin modulates skin architecture and wound healing by affecting both keratinocytes and stromal cells. The cover figure shows a Masson trichrome stained section from tail skin of a transgenic mouse overexpressing Activin as well as a dominant-negative activin receptor in the epidermis. (See page 733.)
