On the Cover: EphB4, expressed in breast tumor specimens and breast cancer cell lines, is regulated by the erbB family of receptors and provides survival signals to cancer cells, suggesting its possible use as a therapeutic target. Fresh frozen section of human breast cancer tissue (infiltrating ductal cancer) was evaluated by immunofluorescence staining for expression of EphB4 (FITC-labeled; green).
