On the Cover: CC chemokine receptor 6 (CCR6) is essential for the development of isolated lymphoid follicles. A normal Peyer's patch from wild-type C57BL/6 mice is visible on whole mounts from the small intestine stained with the lectin Ulex europaeus agglutinin 1. However, Peyer's patches from CCR6-/- mice (not shown) contain significantly fewer domes compared with those of wild-type mice. (see page 1229)
