On the Cover: Malignant tumor-organoid morphology is reverted to normal by PI3 kinase inhibitors, dibutyryl-cAMP, or anti-fibronectin antibody. Normal MCF10A breast epithelial cells (left), transformed T4-2 tumorigenic breast cells (middle), and T4-2 cells treated with PI3 kinase inhibitor and dibutyryl-cAMP (right) were grown in 3-D culture for 10 to 14 days. Cells were stained for β4-integrin (red; top row) or β-catenin (red; bottom row); nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue). (see page 1739).
