On the Cover: A ternary complex between the cell adhesion molecule RA175, the cell polarity protein Par-3, and the junctional adhesion molecule Jam-C is required for proper spermatid differentiation. Localization of Par-3 in the elongating spermatids (differentiation steps 9-12) of Ra175+/+ (wild-type) mouse testis is demonstrated by merged staining for Par-3 (red), PNA (a marker for round and elongating spermatids; green), and nuclei (blue).
