On the Cover: Human C-reative protein (CRP) on macrophages in the neointima of ligation-injured carotid arteries from CRP transgenic mice. Tissue staining for human CRP (green) and mouse F4/80 (monocyte/macrophage marker; red) demonstrates colocalization of CRP and IgG Fc receptor type I (FcγRI)-bearing macrophages, which appear yellow-orange.
